Amen. Thank you. If one can hear another’s heart breaking, I think I heard yours in this sermon, on behalf of what breaks Chris’s heart. This is one of those sermons that no one really wants to hear, but everyone needs to hear. It is humbling to be brought to reality, but with the cold water in the face, one can more alertly get back on track and walk the path more accurately. Good to know about Christians around the world in present day and look at things in context of a larger scale, and an ongoing story. Encouragement amidst fear and dismay. I am thankful for the ministries that fill us in on Christians around the world and how to pray for them and be involved. We are to be as with them in their suffering, by remembering and praying, and being as faithful where we are at. I often wonder why I am here, and they are there, and then I figure, with the freedom comes the ability to help the others in their endeavors and those that hurt with anything God has blessed me with. It’s all for a purpose, and not to be wasted in complacency. . . Got to go . .crying sleepy-head in room. 🙂
